About Us
The campus opened in 1921 as San Antonio School, grades K-8. In 1995, Elizabeth Street School expanded from Pre-K to 12th grade and became Elizabeth Learning Center. The site is located in the densely populated, one square mile city of Cudahy.
94% of our students qualify for free and reduced lunch, making us a schoolwide Title I campus. The racial ethnic of our student body is 98.3% Hispanic. Our English Language Learner population is 44% and our Reclassified Fluent-English-Proficient students make up 34%.
 
We are a Program Improvement 4 for school year 2007-08. Huntington Park-Bell Community Adult school conduct parent education, ESL, computer literacy, citizenship and concurrent high school classes on our campus from M-Th and Sat. Our Health Clinic is a result of the partnership with St. Francis Medical Center
